Procter & Gamble (P&G), one of the largest consumer goods companies worldwide, has implemented the Infinite IT Solutions system for paperless document flow in the GCC. Now, selected transaction documents will be exchanged between P&G and some local distributors fully automatically.

With the new solution for data automation delivered by Infinite IT Solutions, P&G expects to make the exchange of documents faster and more efficient. Also, in a broader perspective, this development will accelerate the order-to-delivery process, because there will be an instant file-to-file message flow to P&G plants and warehouses which replaces time-consuming paper-based communication.

We assigned Infinite IT Solutions with this project for the company’s experience in international data automation projects coupled with the deep understanding of business processes in the FMCG industry in the Middle East. Also, the fact that their platform can be easily integrated with the majority of ERP solutions on the market was another important factor. – Rayan Hamza, Gulf Sales Logistics Systems Leader, states.

IT investments are an integral part of P&G strategy. In order to further leverage its supply chain relations in the GCC, P&G plans to use the Infinite IT Solutions platform for exchanging of other transaction documents in the future.
